Be sure to use a valid email address. All order notifications will be sent via email. After your purchase, you will receive a Square Up receipt for your purchase. If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact Square to update your address, prior to your order being shipped. Your address cannot be updated once your package ships.
It can take up to 3-5 business days to receive a tracking number after your purchase. We do not include weekends as business days.Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via Square.
Once your package is scanned at USPS, your tracking number will update with an estimated (not exact) delivery date, via USPS.com. We cannot control how quickly tracking information is updated. International orders can take at least 3-8 weeks for delivery after your order is completed. We DO NOT cover possible customs’ fees or additional taxes.
If it has been longer than 15 business days since your purchase but you have yet to receive your order or tracking number, contact us.We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by USPS tracking, nor will we ship the package again or offer refunds. Please provide exact and secure shipping information.
