To use Steam N Bath with the Steam Seat, bring 4 cups of water and Steam N Bath packet to a boil. Only 1 Steam N Bath packet needed per use. Sit your Steam Seat on top of the toilet seat before adding the boiled herbs. Let the boiled herbs cool for at least 5-10 minutes or until a comfortable temperature before sitting down to steam. Wear socks and a robe while steaming. You can sit and steam until the water is no longer hot. Add a pillow under your feet during steaming for maximum comfort! After use, rinse and dry your Steam Seat. You can steam as often as you like or as needed. Do not steam if you have an active yeast infection, during your period (no more than 3 days before your period starts or wait 3 days after your period ends), if you’re pregnant or may be pregnant, if you have an IUD or any other type of vaginally implanted birth control.
