To use your Yummy Yoni Egg, wash your hands first. Wash your egg thoroughly with soapy water, rinse, then add to boiled water for 10 minutes. The Yummy Yoni Egg should be completely submerged. Relax your vaginal muscles, hold the smaller end of the Yummy Yoni Egg with your hand, and place the larger end of the egg between your inner labia.
